Singles Averages
Can team captains ensure the player's names are written clearly on the cards. When two or more players share the same surname and same letter that begins the forename that the full forename is written on the card.
This applies to the following teams:
Division 2 Maynard A have 2 S. Hughes.
Division 3 Newbold Verdun WMC B have 2 P. Davies.
Division 3 Crown Ibstock B have 2 P. Wright.
Please note that if you do not put the players first name and we cannot tell which one played, the singles result will be null and void in the averages competition. It is the captain's responsibilty to ensure all cards are filled out correctly.

New Season Begins!
The new season kicked off on the 7th August, watch out for the averages tables for the individual singles that I will be updating approx once a month.

Fresh New Look.
I have been updating the website for the new season which starts on the 7th of August. I thought I would give the site a fresh new look by changing the colour scheme and adding a different type of browsing navigation menu.
Brand New Sections.
In the new navigation menu, you will now see new sections to the site which includes the archive of past seasons, the new averages tab for the singles averages for division 1,2 & 3. There is also an Honours tab with past winners of the league, cup, singles and doubles competitions.
Singles Averages.
As you would of noticed above, we are introducing a new singles averages competition for each division, with the winner of each division receiving a small prize. I intend to update this as much as possible, but due to the work involved, this will probably be about every 4 weeks. Through the season, check back for udpates to see how you fair against your fellow players.

This Website is currently under construction and over the coming weeks will be updated with all the information relating to the Ibstock and District Pool League.
Many pages have already been updated such as the League Tables which we aim to have updated on a weekly basis.
The Cup Competition updated draws are now available on the Cup Competitions Page.
The Key dates have been updated to show all the meetings, singles, doubles, cup competitions that you need to be aware of.
There is now a complete set of rules available and I suggest all captains print these off and make them available to all team members.
I will make these available in a pdf format which can be downloaded and printed off.
The team information page will be updated with address details of all the pubs that you will be playing at through the season, this page will also have contact information for Captains of all the teams.
Finally the News page will be used to update you on any changes made through the season, such as like if you table is suddenly taken away from you and your left without a pub to play in! Hopefully we'll have more cheerfull information to post up!
Future Plans
Future plans are even to introduce player averages for each individual league, therefore you can see how you rank against your fellow players.
Bear with us on this one as we need to access the logisitics of this to see if we can make it happen, but eventually I would like to introduce this.
